5. Has the functions of process full-automatic, semi-automatic, start wantonly, manually operate, and procedure outage memory. Very convenient to operate.
6. Function of mould parameters storage. The system can store 100 groups of mould parameters, can call out and store parameters you need at any time.
7. Several heating ways available, adapt to various kinds of EPS products.
8. Several cooling ways available, adapt to various kinds of cooling water pressure.
9. Several material entering ways available, reduce the wasted product caused by material lack.
10. Output can be established, machine can be shut down when finishing.
11. Functions of pause, emergency stop, demoulding emergency stop and interactive locked exit switching, guarantee the safe operation.
12. Gas balance valve, and gas release function when over pressure, keep mould safe and reduce waste product caused by over heating.
13. Completed trouble self-diagnosing and machine protection system, keep the machine run safely.
14. Fast fuse in output circuits, and the middle relay protect system, guarantee the whole system and PLC run safely.
15. Vacuum material filling, the distance of material drawing can be up to 30-35m.
